For a limited time, we are offering the finest smoked salmon available
anywhere, bar none. These wild fish were caught amongst the first wave of
the Cook Inlet season: silver bright, 6-9 lbs, strictly No. 1 grade.
Cook Inlet red sockeyes are treasured for their deeply colored flesh and
high oil content. They smoke exceptionally well with a flavor that is as
subtle as it is rich. Farmed salmon literally pale in comparison, both in
texture and flavor.
For our August special we are offering our Cook Inlet deluxe smoked salmon,
thinly sliced in the cold-smoke Lachs-style, for $23.95 for the 8-ounce pack.
This price includes overnight delivery via UPS from Anchorage, Alaska.
Quantities are limited, so order now to avoid disappointment.
Also available: Smoked Sockeye pieces in the 1 lb. pack. Excellent for use in
salads and pasta, this is the same premium salmon as our sliced product.
Cost is $29.95 for the 1-lb pack delivered via Federal Express. Quantities
